Charlie's 1st Swimming Lessons!

Getting lotioned up.

Ready to hit the water!
His precious class.
He loved Shelby.
Learning how to blow bubbles from Q.
Going under!
Coming up!
Floating! Charlie's had lots of practice with floating since he was an infant. Understanding the importance of knowing how to float, Dada found it a habit to practice floating.

Kicking!

Getting ready to go under!

Man! That was a loooooong swim under water!
Going at it again!

Here we go again!

I think he's got the hang of it.
Learning how to climb out by himself.

Nothing like a good ol push on the rump to get ya going!
Jumping in!

He did indeed learn to climb out by himself.
Warming up in the arms of NaNa!

We were so excited to be able to share Charlie's first swimming lessons with NaNa. He was fearless and excited just about the entire week. He grew tired near the end and became slightly less a fan. To this day, he practices blowing bubbles and going under in the tub. He continues to sing their song, Pocket Full of Posies, as they would practice singing this before going under when they "all fall down."
