An interesting thing occured this summer, I was involved in the first ever Rt 66 flash mob! During the National Rt 66 Festival, a day was spent in our tiny town. Of course, the presence of CARS was there and we met the fellow responsible for Mater's backward driving. I can hardly look at his feet. I also found it interesting to see the truck that inspired his character.
