FDR's Warm Springs

The water. This is all that's left of the source.
A soaking chair.
A soaking table.
The dressing room.

The ringer outer of swimsuits.
A view of one of the pools.
The center pool.
Getting some of the "healing water."

We visited Warm Springs, GA, where FDR discovered the healing waters. He frequented this location and built the "Little White House" here. Each summer he soaked in these pools to aid his body's aches due to his polio. We did learn that they do allow the pools to fill up once a year-for Labor Day weekend.
